Limits

We review; you file. We don't prepare, file, or correct slips for you, and we don't log in to your CRA or QuickBooks account.
The review is based on the documents you send. It's not an audit and not tax advice.
Uploads go through your private Drive link only, never by plain email.
We recommend sending your drafts at least 5 business days before your deadline, so there's time for the review and your fixes [confirm].

Your agreement and refunds

This service is governed by our Terms of Sale. Full refund if you cancel before you upload; no refund once the review is delivered; full refund if we can't deliver for reasons within our control. GST/HST is refunded in proportion to any amount refunded. To ask for a refund, email bookkeeper@darwinbusinesssolutions.com from the address you used to order. You decide what to change and you file the return yourself, so the final return stays yours.

Who files the return?

You do. A Darwin bookkeeper reviews the draft slips you upload and sends you a written list of fixes. You file the return yourself and remain responsible for it.

How soon do I get the review?

Our target is a written list of fixes within 3 business days, plus one follow-up check after you've made the fixes. This is a target, so we recommend sending your drafts at least 5 business days before your deadline. [confirm]

How do I send my drafts?

Through your private Drive link only, never by plain email. We never ask for SINs by email, text or chat.

Is this an audit or tax advice?

No. The review is based on the documents you send. It's not an audit and not tax advice.

What if I have more than 10 slips?

That's fine. Extra slips are charged per slip, as shown in the price box above.

Can you review slips for a Quebec business?

No. T5018 only, and no Quebec/RL slips.
